Eastwick & Sweetwater

Set in the Heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park this project was a large scale commercial and residential development we were proud to work on for our clients Balfour Beatty. This project was the first phase of a 7-phase, large scale development of the surrounding park and area seeing over 1850 new homes, new schools, and nurseries as well as communal spaces. We are delighted to have played a part in this truly impressive project which has continued the ongoing development of the area following the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games.
