Our Roles
We currently have over 80 permanent employees based at our purpose built factory and offices based in Braintree, Essex in a range of roles, such as:
Fabricators
Our Fabrication team are based in our purpose built factory in Braintree. They are responsible for fabricating our core products into Doors, Windows and Curtain Walling solutions with the aid of modern machinery such as CNC’s, Mitre Saws, Milling Machines and Punch Tools.
Estimators
The JPJ estimating department are based at our offices in Braintree and prepare full price estimates using our experience to propose bespoke solutions for our client’s projects.
Project Managers
The projects department manage the full cycle of the façade construction process from design through to final completion. Liaising with Main Contractors, Clients, Supply Chain Partners and all internal departments.
Designers
Our design team are responsible for designing our full scope of products to comply with Architects, Engineers and Consultants design specifications using both 2D and 3D modelling.
Support Staff
A range of support functions exist to support the wider company, for example finance and payroll, human resources, health and safety, and general administration.
Installers (site-based)
Our highly trained installation team are responsible for the installation of architectural glazing systems and other products on our construction projects predominantly in London and the South East.
Site Managers (site-based)
Our site managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the installation teams onsite and the day-to-day site activities.
