We have some exciting news to share with you…
After 26 years John Paul and John are pleased to announce that they will be stepping down from their positions on the 24th April 2023 following the successful MBO by JPJ’s Managing Director Richard Mackenzie.
This MBO project has been in the making for several years with much care and attention being required to ensure that changes within the business were carried out gradually with the final transition being as seamless as possible. The 1st phase was formally completed on the 23rd April 2018 and this 2nd and final phase will be completing on the 24th April 2023, which will conclude another successful project for JPJ.
Richard has been with JPJ almost since its inception 26 years ago. He started as a fixers mate moving on to Installation supervisor some years later. After being promoted to Project Manager in 2009 for several years, he was made Managing Director 11 years ago in 2012.
During its 26-year history, JPJ Limited have become one of the UK’s leading Architectural aluminium manufacturers with strong relationships with many of the UK’s Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors as well as smaller regional construction companies.
Our success has been primarily built on a philosophy of hard work, honesty, flexibility, and a desire to meet our client’s needs in an efficient manner. These ethics have been in place since the creation of the company by John, Paul and John and will be taken forward by Richard and the senior team.
Richard is entrenched in the company’s existing culture, and this will be preserved and continued for our clients going forward.
