Eton House

Explore, formally referred to as Eton House is a complete refurbishment of an existing office space.
The existing main façade was completely removed back to its primary structure with an additional fully glazed 4th floor added around the perimeter.
JPJ were tasked with providing a high performing and energy efficient curtain wall system. The final build resulted in JPJ providing solar control glass specifically designed for energy efficiency and acoustic performance combined with a neutral look throughout. We used our AA110 system for a range of screens spanning from ground floor to level 3 with AA110 curtain wall used for the panoramic level 4 full height curtain wall with bespoke ceramic infil panels at columns.
We used our AA720 double doors throughout on level 4 with our more robust AA190TB doors used for the high traffic main entrance, stair cores and fire escape areas.
