Eton House

Explore, formally referred to as Eton House is a complete refurbishment of an existing office space.
The existing main facade was completely removed back to its primary structure with an additional
fully glazed 4th floor added around the perimeter. JPJ were tasked with providing a high performing and energy efficient curtain wall system. The final build resulted in JPJ providing solar control glass specifically designed for energy efficiency and acoustic performance combined with a neutral look throughout. We used our AA110 system
for a range of screens spanning from ground floor to level 3 with AA110 curtain wall used for the
panoramic level 4 full height curtain wall with bespoke ceramic infill panels at columns. We used our AA720 double doors throughout on level 4 with our more robust AA190TB doors door offering for the higher traffic main entrance & stair core doors and fire escapes with a BST slimline circle slide main entrance door provided by DormaKaba.
