Tonbridge School (Smythe Library)

Renovated in 2017, the library is modern and enticing, whilst retaining echoes of its past life. The full height AA100 curtain wall, that encases the new stairwell, also extends past roof level to form part of the parapet / roof terrace guarding. Great aesthetic feature but comes with bespoke weathering and thermal performance interfaces.
